COVID-19 IMPACT ON SHIPPING
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the large volume of packages being mailed during this period of time, shipping carriers are facing delays in certain regions domestically and worldwide. All express/expedited shipping times are no longer guaranteed and it may take longer than expected for shipments to arrive. Many carrier facilities are seeing increased processing times as well.
If you place an order and decide to purchase an expedited shipping method, please do so with the knowledge that the shipment may not meet the service time and that shipping charges are non-refundable!
Overland Cookware Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All our orders are processed and shipped out within 2 business days.
After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Tracking number with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
2. Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order.
We provide multiple shipping options: UPS and USPS. We suggest UPS for larger items and quicker delivery times.
We also offer free shipping on all orders over $199.99.
Be aware that delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.
Be aware that some larger and heavier items such as roof top tents, roof racks, cast iron, and storage bins have to ship freight. For those items please contact us for a shipping quote.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Sadly, we are unable to ship your order to the United States Minor Outlying Islands or internationally.
5. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit
If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.
If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.
If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs and Options
If you purchase a large item such as a dutch oven or skillet it will ship via UPS. Those items are large and generally heavy and UPS is much cheaper than USPS for shipping costs. UPS also ships much quicker than USPS which is a win for you. If you purchase something small it may be about the same cost to ship USPS or UPS, but we suggest UPS because of shipping speed.
Local PickupWe are located in Southwest Missouri, if you would like to do local pickup to save on shipping costs we can arrange that as well.
As of right now we do not offer international shipping.
